*Please place your order no later than 1 pm EST if you would like it shipped on the day of the order.

 

* S'hug® ships Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 1pm EST on Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

*S'hug® does not currently ship to PO or APO Boxes.

 

*S'hug® currently does NOT deliver internationally. 

 

PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal using a secure payment processor.

RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY

We have worked very hard to create a product you will love and we believe you will love S'hug®. However, we gladly accept the return of unworn and unwashed merchandise purchased from www.shugnewyork.com for an exchange or full refund in accordance with the following terms:

  • FULL PRICE items must be shipped to S'hug® within 30 days of original order placement

  • SALE items must be shipped to S'hug® within 14 days of original order placement

  • FINAL SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Defective merchandise is available for return within 14 days of receipt, please inspect all items in your order upon arrival so we may replace defective pieces in a timely manner. 

 

S'hug® does not accept items returned from independent retailers or department stores, please contact the original retailer where the purchase was made to complete this type of return.

 

RETURN + EXCHANGE PROCEDURE 

To qualify for a return, items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Customers must request a Return Authorization (RMA) before returning an item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. There are no re-stocking fees.

Refunds and exchanges are processed within 15 days of receiving the item back at our warehouse. When returning an item, please indicate the reason for the return. Please also insure your return package. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase. For exchanges, customers may be charged for re-shipping, based on the number of items exchanged and the shipping mode requested.

 

How to make return 

If you would like to make a return, please email info@shugnewyork.com to request an Return Authorization (RMA). Please include your name, order number, and reason for return. You will receive a return authorization number and instructions on where to mail your return within 2-3 days.

Refund Policy for the Holidays
For items returned between Dec 1st and Jan 7th, refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt.

CASHMERE CARE

Cashmere is a fine, natural fiber that responds best to delicate hand washing every 8-10 wears and before storing away for the season.

SPECIAL WASH

Our cashmere S'hug are well-know for having an exceptionally soft hand-feel, the result of a special wash we developed with our factory that is only used on our S'hug!

TIPS FOR CARE

We encourage the use of a gentle soap, like The Laundress Wool & Cashmere Shampoo, to keep your S'hug looking and feeling like new.
